Our Mission

Share the Gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ

The mission of the First Northern California Armenian Pentecostal Church is to immerse our community in the Gospel of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Our love is to use worship, witness, education and service, to share the glory of God in a manner that honors the historic Armenian devotion to God and Christianity. The Armenian Apostolic Church is one of the most ancient Christian institutions. It is a fact that the ancient Kingdom of Armenia was the first state to official adopt Christianity. We call all members of the Armenian Church in the Sacramento area to participate fully in our mission.

Our Beliefs & Values

We believe in the traditional values as established throughout the history of the Armenian Apostolic Church. The Armenian people have faced historic challenges, but it is our faith in God that has kept us strong, unified and on the path of enlightenment!

Unity

Community is the frame the First Northern California Armenian Apostolic Church is building on foundation of God’s love. Centuries of challenges, including the Armenian Genocide, have not broken our faith in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We invite you to visit, worship and serve with our community.

Love

We live in a time where pain seems to be the one thing we all share in common. God has charged us with showing us that Love is what we have in common. Come embrace to love with our community!

Sharing

Unity and love are core to our sharing the Gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and educating his community. Our parallel mission is to be a spiritual center and community center that shares the deep, historical tradition of our love of all things God.

Salvation

History has taught us that Salvation through the Gospel pushes back the darkness that seeks to distract us from Unity, Love and our mission of Sharing and Caring.

Duty

Our mission is wrapped in the glorious duty to share the Gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We invite you to join us and share in this duty. We know that when we, the clergy and laypeople, leverage Unity, Love, Sharing and Salvation, we can accomplish anything we set out to do!
